Igloo is working in partnership with LB Southwark and the LDA in the regeneration of Bermondsey Square.
New East Manchester Limited, established in October 1999, was the second Urban Regeneration Company to be created. The company is a partnership between national (English Partnerships), regional (North West Development Agency) and local government (Manchester City Council), with local communities playing a full part.
